How fast can rental filtration equipment ship for an emergency contamination event?
Most units ship within 24 hours. High-demand items like vacuum dehydrators, particulate filter vessels, and filter carts are stocked for same-day dispatch. This is especially important for plant outages, turbine trips, aviation fuel contamination, and bulk fuel tank issues where every hour counts.
Do rental filtration systems come with hoses, camlocks, valves, and other connection hardware?
Yes. Most customers bundle industrial hoses, cam-and-groove fittings, valves, suction/return lines, flow meters, and particle counters with their rental. Packaging the auxiliary gear prevents mis-fits onsite and ensures the equipment arrives as a plug-and-play setup ready to run on day one.
Can PFP provide onsite setup or support during a rental filtration project?
If your application requires assistance, we can dispatch technicians for startup, system verification, troubleshooting, and contamination monitoring. This is common in turbine flushing, fuel system cleaning, pipeline flushing, and aviation applications where proper setup is critical to results and downtime costs are high.
How do I rent filtration equipment?

Can our rental term be extended if the project takes longer than expected?
Yes. Rental periods can be extended at any time. Just let us know before your end date and we’ll continue the rental with no interruption. Many customers extend during outages, commissioning delays, or when additional cleanup is needed.
Do you offer fluid analysis or sample reporting during rental periods?
Yes. We can provide fluid sampling, particle count testing, water content checks, and full analysis reports during or after your rental period. This helps verify ISO cleanliness improvements & confirm that the filtration equipment achieved the required results before you return it.
